SIBANAC s.r.o. provides B2B professional services. Due to the nature of strategic consulting, time expended cannot be recovered. Therefore, payments made for advisory hours, completed workshops, or delivered reports are generally non-refundable.
Retainer agreements can be cancelled by providing written notice as stipulated in your specific Statement of Work (typically 30 days). Pre-paid services that have not yet been rendered at the time of cancellation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus any administrative or third-party costs already incurred.
If you believe you have been billed in error or are entirely dissatisfied with the deliverable based on the agreed-upon Scope of Work, please contact us within 14 days of invoice receipt at hello@sibanac.eu. We will review the claim in good faith.
